![]() their leagues in high gear this time of year, plus there is a tour- nament just about every weekend for our player's to participate in and share the camaraderie of the game. These local tournaments bring pool players together from neighboring towns and there is usually a Charity Benefit billed as part of the tournament. A big thanks to all our pool players for their generosity. These weekend tournaments create excitement and sharpen the skills so we can compete on state and national levels. Sometimes we Operators catch ourselves thinking that the tournaments are too much work... well get over it... because the of the pool leagues. It's back to that camaraderie thing again, friends recruit friends, hence the league's grow and our sport is stronger. As our pool players and pool players around the globe make plans for these state and interna- tional tournaments ,they will be money for travel and entries. Drink specials, cue raffles, bands and DJ's are all part of helping your regional teams and players attend these great events. It's fun to watch and listen to these players talk about all the fun they have had in previous years at the different tournaments.
